I believe that everything is energy, when we are not feeling emotionally or physically well, it's most likely stuck energy that needs to be released out of the body to allow us to feel free and good about ourselves.

As a spiritual guide I intuitively I encourage you to look within yourself and start making the best changes for your soul to feel empowered and vibrate high.
